Account Deletion Overview
In compliance with Google Play’s Account Deletion requirements, players of MathFlow: Infinite have full control over their account data. You can delete your account and associated game records at any time, either directly inside the app or using our web request path if the game is no longer installed on your device.
Pathway 1 — In-App Deletion (Instant)
If you currently have MathFlow: Infinite installed on your Android device and are signed in, you can delete your data immediately with these steps:
Open Game Settings
Launch MathFlow: Infinite and tap the Gear Icon on the main game dashboard.
Navigate to Data Privacy
Select the Data Privacy option in the settings menu.
Confirm Deletion
Tap Delete My Data and confirm the confirmation prompt. Your cloud save and profile will be instantly deleted from our servers.
Pathway 2 — Web Deletion Request (Without App Installed)
If you have uninstalled MathFlow: Infinite or no longer have access to your mobile device, you can submit a manual deletion request to our studio team.
Instructions: Send an email to our support team with the details below. All web deletion requests are processed and verified within 30 days.

What Data Gets Deleted
When an account deletion request is executed, the following data categories are permanently removed from our Supabase backend:
- Game Progression: Mathematical tiers, unlocked milestones, prestige multipliers, and quantum upgrades.
- Virtual Currencies & Entitlements: Unspent in-game Quarks and active entitlement states.
- Leaderboard Records: High scores, display names, and rankings.
- User Profile: OAuth authentication credentials and associated unique user identifiers.
Retention Exception Notice: In compliance with legal, tax, accounting, and anti-fraud regulations, certain transaction logs and billing metadata associated with Google Play Billing orders may be retained for statutory recordkeeping and financial auditing purposes.
Guest & Local Play Save Data
If you played MathFlow: Infinite as a guest without signing into a Google Account, your game data was stored exclusively on your physical device. To delete guest data, simply uninstall the application or navigate to Android Settings → Apps → MathFlow: Infinite → Storage → Clear Data.
