About the Game

Tiki Atolls: Bridge Puzzle (package: com.vesperstudio.tikiatolls) is an offline, single-player bridge-building puzzle game published by Vesper Studio Works (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for Android, distributed on Google Play.

The game is designed with a privacy-first mindset: there is no account creation, no login, no chat or social features, and no user-generated content. The game never requests access to sensitive device permissions, such as your location, camera, microphone, or contacts.

1. Information We Collect

We collect and process only the minimal data types necessary to run the game, serve advertisements, sync progress, and diagnose crashes:

1. Advertising Identifiers & Device Information

Collected by Google AdMob (using the google_mobile_ads SDK) to serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads, and for ad measurement and personalization. AdMob processes device identifiers including your device’s Advertising ID, IP address, and general device signals under Google’s Advertising Privacy notice.

2. Google Play Games Player ID, Cloud Save Data & Achievements

Collected by Google Play Games Services for two purposes only: the “Saved Games” API syncs your puzzle progress, hints and in-game statistics across devices via your Google account, and the Achievements API records the achievements you unlock so they appear in your Google Play Games profile. Achievement visibility is controlled by your own Play Games profile settings. We do not store your Google credentials or operate separate player profiles on servers of our own.

3. Crash Reports and Diagnostic Logs

Collected by Sentry (crash-reporting SDK, European Union data region) solely to diagnose and fix bugs and crashes. Diagnostic reports may include crash stack traces, device model, operating system version, app version, and IP address at the time of the report.

4. In-App Purchase Information

We offer optional, non-consumable purchases: “Remove Ads” and hint packs. Purchases belong to your Google account and are restored automatically on any device where you use it. All transactions are handled exclusively by Google Play Billing. The app itself never receives, processes, or stores your credit card details or banking information. We receive only transaction and entitlement confirmation from Google Play to unlock the ad-free experience and credit your hints.

5. Local Gameplay Progress and Settings

Your level completion, star ratings, best times, hint balance, achievement progress, gameplay statistics (such as bridges built and days played), and sound, music and language preferences are stored locally on-device via Android’s SharedPreferences. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted anywhere unless synced through Google Play Games Services.

2. How We Use It

We use the data listed above strictly for the following purposes:

• To serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads, and measure ad performance (AdMob).
• To synchronize your puzzle progress and achievements across your devices, and show your unlocked achievements in Google Play Games, when you sign in with Google Play Games.
• To identify crashes, diagnose performance issues, and maintain app stability (Sentry).
• To grant and restore your “Remove Ads” and hint pack purchases across reinstalls and devices (Google Play Billing).
• To save your level completions, achievement progress and settings locally so you can play seamlessly offline.

3. Third-Party Services

Data handled by third parties is processed under their respective privacy policies:

• Google LLC (Google AdMob, Google Play Games Services, Google Play Billing): Google Privacy Policy and Google Partner Sites Notice.
• Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) (Crash reporting sub-processor, EU data region): Sentry Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain data only as long as necessary for the functions described in this policy:

• Local on-device data: Deleted when you uninstall the app or clear app data via Android settings (Settings → Apps → Tiki Atolls → Storage → Clear Data).
• Google Play Games cloud saves: Can be deleted by you directly through your Google Account’s Play Games data controls or the Google Play Games app.
• Diagnostic reports: Crash reports in Sentry are automatically purged after standard retention periods (up to 90 days).
• Deletion requests: You can request deletion of any data by contacting us at info@vesperstudioworks.com.

5. Children’s Privacy

Tiki Atolls: Bridge Puzzle is designed for a general audience. The game is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@vesperstudioworks.com so we can take prompt corrective action.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal obligations. Any updates will be indicated by the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
